This book is based on comparative literature and mainly studies the influence of the Bible on modern Chinese literature. The first part of the book mainly discusses the translation and acceptance of the Bible in China in the 20th century; the second part mainly studies the influence of the Bible on modern literature, such as Zhou Zuoren, Haizi, Bing Xin, Mao Dun, Gu Cheng, Wang Meng and other literary creations were influenced by the Bible; the third part mainly discusses how Han Suyin, Zhang Xiaofeng, Rongzi, Xia Yu and Si Ren were influenced by the Bible and created literature. Through this book, readers can have a more detailed understanding of the translation and acceptance of the Bible in China and its impact on modern Chinese literature.
