"Where the Birds Quiet" and "Follow the Magic Bread" are Prishvan's debut novels. After he went to northern Russia to conduct geographical and folklore inspections, he wrote these two records of the natural features and customs of the northern coastal areas of Russia, which are harmonious and unified with the atmosphere and structure of fairy tales.

The famous Russian writer M. M. Prishvin (1873-1954) was a "poet and philosopher" who sang about nature. The nature he writes is vibrant, colorful, full of fun, and full of refreshing poetry and philosophy. His lyrical works are clear and smooth, with meaningful artistic conception, and contain a kind of musical rhythm, which makes people put it down after reading. The five anthologies collect his philosophical lyrical essays and short stories, and "A Sunny Night: Notes on the Far North of Russia and Norway" is Volume 4. "Sunny Nights: Notes on the Far North of Russia and Norway" is the result of Prishvin's second trip to the north. It marks Prishvin's shift from the path of ethnography, or as it is fashionable today - anthropology, to the camp of "silver", which illustrates the attraction and influence of the "decadents" on him.
