After Jiang Renhao, a former businessman, failed in his business, he came to Wujin from Seoul alone with his wife's help, and applied for a teaching position in a school for the deaf and mute. His purpose is very simple, he just wants to make some money and live a better life so that he can go back to the big city to reunite with his wife and daughter. But slowly, he discovered that the entire school was enveloped in a tense and depressive atmosphere that was suffocating.
