Pixel
General Fiction像素
(hungary) Toth Kristina
"Pixels" can be seen as a novella composed of 30 seemingly independent short stories. The hands of children in the Warsaw Ghetto, the tongues of Greek immigrants, the ankles of Budapest ticket collectors... These organs belong to ordinary Europeans. They have disappeared and reappeared in nearly a century, sometimes with the same name, telling completely different stories. These stories are named after body parts. In the language of black fairy tales, they tell the story of loss and bitterness in the modern world. Those ordinary or marginal characters, just like body organs, are related to each other and irreplaceable.
