The book "Golden Country" objectively and impartially examines the history of Australia for more than 200 years before and after the founding of the country in 1901, criticizing Australia's consistent racial discrimination, especially revealing the persecution of Chinese immigrants under the "White Australia Policy". This book uses a large number of detailed data and examples to explain the sacrifices made by Asian immigrants, including Chinese, for justice and peace in World War I and their contribution to the construction and development of Australia over more than a hundred years. It enthusiastically praises the tremendous changes that multiculturalism has brought to Australia. The author tells history from an objective and fair perspective, and also proposes that embracing Asia and building a multi-racial society is the only way for Australia to prosper.
