Nazirite Requiem 拿细耳安魂曲
This is a story about a king and a high priest, and the conflict between lust and true love. It is set in a fictional world combining Babylon and the ancient Persian Empire, and focuses mainly on the Jewish people. Honestly, I'm quite apprehensive. Not only might the setting feel unfamiliar to everyone, but the story is also heavily influenced by the Old Testament, and the writing style is a little unusual. This is especially noticeable in the first paragraph. But really, this is a rather melodr

Eileen's Angel 以琳的天使
This is a story about vampires and holy knights, but the brutal war ended many years ago. The setting is fictional, with some details drawing on Europe in the late Middle Ages, around the 13th and 14th centuries. The protagonist comes from another story by the author, Requiem for the Nazarite, but the two works are entirely independent. They respectively point to the Old Testament and the New Testament, representing the Age of Law and the Age of Grace. Theme:

Arcadia March 阿卡迪亚进行曲
This is a love story between an aristocrat and a poet, set in an alternate world with a backdrop resembling a mix of Tsarist Russia's Eastern Orthodox Church and the colonization of the Americas. Core theme:

Alba's Serenade 爱尔芭小夜曲
This is a story about faith in art. Though it borrows the names of some artists, it isn't meant to allude to anyone. Only the protagonist, whose personality is thoroughly unlikeable, is based on a real person. The gossip about this gentleman is even more entertaining than the novel. Theme:

The World Is Still Young 世界依然年轻
A writing-prompt thread inspired by Leisurely Feelings: “Love, battle, scenery” and “A Heavy Heart.” I still recommend reading it in the library, because I don’t know how to italicize text here [tears]. I posted it all at once over there, but I’ve split it into paragraphs here. Theme:

Emmanuel Mass 以马内利弥撒曲
This is a literary work about vampires. Although it's technically a Pili fanfic, aside from the protagonist's name and identity, it has little to do with the original. You can just as well read it as an original work. Even beneath all the layers of metaphor and symbolism, this song is still simply a hopeless, resolute love. The poems quoted in the story have been abridged and adapted from classic Western works; their authors or sources are identified in the text. Many character conversations hav

One Thousand and One Nights 一千零一夜
A collection of assorted short pieces I wrote before, set against all kinds of different backdrops. Some ideas were originally meant to become full-length stories, but in the end they turned into little pieces instead. That surprised even me. But maybe that's not a bad thing. As long as I do my best to tell them in the best possible form, the word count doesn't matter. I'll put them in chronological order, based on when I wrote them.
