AA Battery AA battery is an internationally accepted cylindrical dry battery specification. The standard size is about 14.5 Mm in diameter and about 50.5 Mm in height. It corresponds to the international model AA battery. The nominal voltage is usually 1.5 V or 1.2 V. The specification code is often marked as 14500.
