Chairman's message
The writing is excellent and the business layout is brilliantly written. However, I personally don't like the interspersed narrative technique in the book: key plot points are frequently inserted into narratives to review and revise the past history, thereby allowing the chairman and previous coaches to establish a deep friendship. Although this setting is very useful in paving the way for subsequent club management, frequent jumps to the past will break up the main rhythm and interrupt the immersive reading experience. The overall quality is still excellent, and readers who mind interspersed timelines can pay attention in advance.
