The story about childhood sweethearts + school violence actually looks very depressing. In the early days, when people were not so self-aware about good and evil, it was easy to do things that hurt others. Those who were hurt had to work harder to survive and get warmth from the glimmer of light. Thirteen and Yaoyao are two pitiful little ones. They grew up in an environment full of abuse and malice. Fortunately, the two of them can stay close to each other for warmth. They are the most important people in each other's lives.
It is a campus novel with very nice characters. The high school part and the university part are split 50/50. The growth of the male and female protagonists can be seen through the things they go through at each stage. The male and female protagonists are not single-minded and very full of character. Even the supporting characters are not black and white. Although there are many chapters, there is no phenomenon that you don't want to read half of it. After reading one chapter, you really want to read the next one. It is a very classic and well-written campus novel~
