It's been a while since I've seen an ancient novel with good writing skills. Although it's still modernized, it's a hundred times better than those ancient novels that use modern terms.
It's been a long time since I've read such an enjoyable article (please note that this is not an enjoyable article). I stayed up all night to read it yesterday. There are definitely some shortcomings. The ending always feels a bit rushed, but the biggest shortcoming is that there are too few ancient extras. I personally don't like the if line. I want more sweet ancient extras. The author's writing is good in the early stage, but the author obviously did not write well in the later stage. In fact, there is nothing wrong with being an ancient feudal emperor. But let alone the prisoners in the prison, Shou was frightened. Even I was frightened. I don't blame Shou for having a psychological shadow about it. He really loves Shou, otherwise Shou would be miserable.
