I really loved this author's previous fast-travel novels. Back then, I was addicted to the mission players playing various roles. The setting was not OOC, but it was charming and loved by thousands of people. For various reasons, it ended up being a fast-travel novel with a BE ending (I still like to read it now, but few authors have written it). This has been on my reading list for the rest of my life and was finally released this year. But! Maybe it's because I've grown up, or maybe the author has regressed. I like the setting, but I don't like the writing as much as I did when I read it before. I always felt that the plot was very jumpy, and many of the interactions between the protagonist and the system felt very watery and not immersive.
I am currently following the third young master. The first one is the best so far. There are some tricks in the later part. Especially the music composed by the second young master's gem hitting sound makes me feel awkward. But it's bloody. As long as the writing is good, I still like to watch it. It never gets old hahaha.
There is basically no palace fighting. It is a heartthrob type. It is a bit sadistic but the one who falls in love with the heroine belongs to the upper class. It is still being updated and the plot has already entered into the royal concubine escaping from the palace. The scale is larger. The emperor, the prince and the emperor's brother are also called the three men of the heroine.
