It's not that I set up Slytherin for the purpose of forming a Lion-Snake cp, but I completely considered the behavioral logic and experience of the heroine to determine that her characteristics are most consistent with Slytherin; it may be more important to the character development of the heroine, and the emotional line is the icing on the cake; the heroine is one year older than Sirius, and will try his best to fit in with the original timeline of the parent generation.
