At the end of the Qing Dynasty and the beginning of the Republic of China, the smoke of warlord fighting spread across half of China. Commander Lu held military power and was the most powerful hero in Jinmen, but he only had a crush on Sun Xiaochen, a famous actress in the theater. When they first met, Shen Yuhan had an arrogant look on his eyebrows and turned away his advances with a flick of his sleeves - in the play, he was singing about romantic love, but outside of the play, he didn't believe that power could change sincerity. But troubled times are unpredictable, and when the theater he stood by was about to be engulfed by the flames of war, it was Commander Lu who used his power to build a barrier. The distance between Shuixiu and the spear gradually shortened, and Sun Kechen finally saw clearly through his temptations and struggles: the love in this troubled world should probably have the intensity of fireworks, rather than the false elongation on the stage.
Purpose: Emotional redemption that breaks through identity and prejudice: contrasting the identities of a warlord and an actor
