After the letter was written, Liu Bang gave it to the messenger. At the same time, he brought a pig and said to the messenger: "This pig has a special talent. It can climb trees. You take it with you and make sure it shows its talent in front of the King of Qi."
So, Han Xin saw the pig that could only climb the tree, and he chose to believe Liu Bang's words.
