The Forbidden Paradise
Stillwater is a "perfect" town without crying or laughing. The residents here rely on raising emotional beasts to survive - the happy beast eats laughter, and the calm beast eats sadness. The mayor uses the "Emotional Breeding Manual" as his law, claiming that intense emotions will cause a plague, and those who violate the prohibition will be reduced to "empty shells" clutching relics in the gray forest. Ten-year-old Lin Xiaoman and her glowing rabbit beast "Rong Rong" are the only warm light in this stagnant water.
The mutation of licking tears
When the velvet licked Lin Xiaoman's tears, a sudden change occurred: it suddenly grew to half a person's height, with blue lines (sadness) and red spots (anger) tearing apart the snow-white fur, spitting out colorful bubbles reflecting forbidden memories - inside the bubbles, the town decades ago was vivid, during the plague the mayor suppressed the protesters (including Grandma Chen's husband Ashan), and in the hands of the "empty shell" of the gray and white forest, there were unsent letters and a broken piano...
Poison and Shackles
Three branches tear apart the illusion of calm:
- Granny Chen was forced to make a "calm soup" that numbed her nerves. Her calm beast "Xuxu" was on the verge of dissipating because she suppressed her thoughts;
- Inspector Li Shu beat his son Li Mo "to feed the happy beast", but he didn't know that Li Mo's beast glowed with a light purple light by absorbing grievances;
- The mayor fed the old photos to the giant beast "Chen Hui" late at night, and Shen Hui sobbed and cried for him - in order to end the plague, he personally buried the town's laughter and tears, and also imprisoned his own conscience.
Blood-stained killing order
Fluffy's bubbles caused children to throw bowls and cry, Granny Chen to cough up blood, and the mayor took the opportunity to declare that the emotional beast was the "source of the plague." When the inspection team approached with blades, Li Mo blocked Lin Rong with his body, and his beast spit out bubbles of grievance to pierce his father's cold mask; Granny Chen smashed the poison soup can and screamed out ten years of injustice: "Ah Shan just wants the freedom to cry and laugh!"
Testimony of Tens of Thousands of Bubbles
The giant beast's ashes smashed into the cage and resonated with Velvet. Emotional bubbles enveloped the town - Granny Chen clutched her purse and cried, laughed and shouted; Uncle Li hugged his son tightly and burst into tears; Lin Xiaoman cried bitterly in the bubble of his parents' smiles, but felt as if spring had just arrived in frozen soil. It turns out that sadness is not poison, anger is not sin, and all emotions are medals of "living".
Symbiosis Era
In the newly born Jingshui Town, a child bluntly said "I feel wronged", and an old man taught nursery rhymes in memory of his late husband. Li Mo's beasts exude warm light like dandelions, Granny Chen's catkins have silvery scales, and the heavy gray sighs peacefully in the lotus leaf pond. Deep in the gray forest, the letter in the empty hand exudes a faint glow - when the soul is allowed to cry and sing, the heartbeat can be rekindled in the dead place.
Reality is not that bad, just stay alive!
Purpose: 1. Order should not be a torture tool to strangle the soul, 2. Protect and never deprive the right of feelings. 3. True peace, 4. Let sadness condense into pearls, anger burn into bonfire, 5. All emotions will eventually coexist in understanding.
