It tells the story of the nine songs of ancient Qin Ling using candied haws as a guide and music as a medium to mend the way of heaven and the mortal world. Due to the lack of "The Spirit of Ceremony" in the final chapter of "Nine Songs", the auspicious clouds in the immortal capital are disordered, and the time sequence of the human world is disordered. While being scolded by Siming Xingjun, the greedy Jiu Ge slipped down to the mortal world to collect the wishes of all living beings - children's prayers, farmers' murmurs, and poets' lamentations all became the notes on her strings. However, the loss of "Soul of Ceremony" actually involved the millennium conspiracy of the Wu clan: to use music as a sacrifice to tear apart the boundary between life and death. Jiu Ge used his body as a guide to compose a new "Soul of Ceremony" with the sweetness of candied haws, the fragrance of lily of the valley, and the sharpness of swordsmanship. Finally, it scattered into hundreds of thousands of lily of the valley light spots and blended into the fireworks of the world. After her rebirth, her powers were greatly reduced, but she learned to exchange sweets for wishes and battled wits and courage with Siming.
Purpose: Through the journey of Qin Ling's Nine Songs, we explore propositions such as the way of heaven and humanity, rules and emotions, sacrifice and rebirth, and finally settle on the romantic philosophy of "repairing the cracks in the sky with an ordinary heart." The greatest power is often hidden in the sweet fragrance of a bunch of candied haws, or in the prayer carried by a lily of the valley.
