Not a good novel
Just an essay
To all my dear readers
To every traveler who travels long distances in life
This is not a book that teaches you how to "overcome" or "get rid of".
In your free time, read the essays and try to resonate with the book
The words in the book originate from the concern and discussion of life—
I don't want to rush the flowers to bloom, nor do I want to rush to hug them. I just believe that existence is power.
I hope these words will fall quietly on your shoulders like snowflakes, not disturbing your coldness and witnessing the lowest moments.
When the world is filled with the noise of "you have to work hard" and "be happy", I hope this book can sit gently next to you and say to the unspoken wilderness in your heart: I see that this is all difficult. You can be sad, you can be tired, and you can temporarily stop on this island.
There is no quick fix in this book. It is a series of essays written in the trough, deconstructing the shackles of "must be happy", justifying meaninglessness, and looking for those real moments of life that have not been deprived.
What it wants to do is simple: give you a breathing space and let you know that when you feel your worst, you are not alone and you have never done anything wrong.
We are all the same, with the same skin and the same heart. Feeling the beating is beautiful.
Dedicated to patients with depression
I also pay tribute to all those who have grown tenaciously in loneliness.
(This book is suitable for both children and adults, and is also a tribute to teenagers like me)
Intention: Believe that your existence is beautiful
