Skill development: Members practice expression, listening and critical thinking through three major links: impromptu speech (1-2 minutes), prepared speech (5-7 minutes) and mutual comments.
Organizational model: There are more than 16,000 clubs around the world (covering 142 countries), using a "peer learning" mechanism with no fixed teachers. Members complete 59 tasks through the Pathways system to learn 10 skills such as leadership.
