Luo Yun and Yu Zhi, two girls living in "abnormality", met in the "Quiet Corner" mental hospital, revealing a secret about trauma, fantasy and redemption.
Luo Yun, once known as a "painting genius," suffered from scars on half his face due to a studio fire, and suffered from severe anxiety due to malicious ridicule from his high school classmates. In her nightmares, she always relives the moment when the flames engulfed the painting. When she is awake, she is labeled as "ugly" and "trash". The only solace was painting, but she broke her paintbrush during an emotional breakdown - art became a mirror image of her self-loathing. Until she met Yu Zhi in Jingyuyuan, she discovered that the flames under her brush strangely coincided with the "bloody dream" described by Yu Zhi.
The memory of 15-year-old Yu Zhi is shattered, leaving only fragments of family quarrels, mess on the floor, and the curse of "shouldn't have been born". She lives in a paranoid fantasy of "being loved", believing that her soul will turn into a phantom to protect her after it passes away, but she is always pulled back by the coldness of reality - the hospital wristband on her wrist always reminds her that she is "sick". In Luo Yun's paintings, she saw the "bloody moon" in her vague memory.
