The world is a narrative experimental field abandoned by the "author" of ultra-high-dimensional civilization.
The entire universe is immersed in a pseudo-vacuum state, and the laws of physics are actually editable narrative protocols.
When intelligent life experiences collective cognitive conflicts, local time and space will burst like a soap bubble and fall into a lower narrative layer. Each cycle of decay resets civilization, and the remaining "narrative corpses" are called script ashes.
World setting:
Intelligent life is not called "human". Intelligent life will experience the "first act of awakening" when it reaches 18 years old, and the random awakening is:
1. Protagonist: Can temporarily distort local narrative protocols (similar to rewriting a script) at the cost of accelerating the decay of surrounding space and time.
2. Villain: can absorb the ashes of the script to build a "conflict barrier" to solidify the local narrative from decay, but it will swallow up the free will of the characters within the barrier.
3. Props: They have a thin sense of existence. They can pass through decay rifts to convey information, but they cannot be remembered by any character.
4. Audience: Passive observers whose collective emotional fluctuations can catalyze or inhibit decay.
(Basic settings need to be read!!! I put them in the introduction so as not to affect the perception!!!)
Concept: Is free will the ultimate tragedy of the universe, or the climax of an elaborate script?
