"Bad Rust" is a novel about two men. The protagonists are Xu Cai and Jiang Xudi. They have no obvious abo setting, but the author's setting is "Di Cai". The main story is that Cao Xu, who was laid off, met Jiang Xudi while hiding from the rain in a convenience store. After being temporarily "adopted" for a period of time, he chose to paint at "home" to earn money to support his life. When Jiang Xudi's performance clothes temporarily went wrong, Cao Xu stepped in to solve the problem, making the relationship between the two more than friends and less than lovers. The two got together smoothly. After Xu Cai's brand was established, the two had little time to communicate because they were busy with work. On Jiang Xudi's birthday, Xu Cai was not present. A few days after the quarrel with Jiang Xudi, problems occurred at Jiang Xudi's performance venue and he died. Only Xu Cai was left.
Purpose: Using "bad rust" as a metaphor, it describes the fragility of close relationships under the squeeze of reality (busyness, estrangement) - even if it once shined due to compatibility, it may be worn into rust by the time of neglect, and in the end only one person is left to carry the memories, questioning the weight of "accompanying" in running around.
