Xī
BE short story
"The golden wind dyes my sleeves, and I wander low for you."
The new osmanthus in September exudes a faint and restrained fragrance. The street lamps are mixed among the osmanthus trees. The light and shadows on the road under the evening self-study have shapes. The fragrance of osmanthus permeates the lights, and it is like aged honey. The shadows one after another walk under the street lamps. Only the footsteps are scattered and the evening breeze drifts.
Qu Nongyi suddenly turned her head, her eyes became sharp in a few seconds, which was completely different from her gentle and good-natured attitude in school, and she stared at Xu Muluan closely.
Xu Muluan was stunned subconsciously, feeling that the person in front of him was even more unfamiliar, but he quickly reacted.
"You misunderstood, I live here too."
"My clothes are full of broken gold, I dare not forget you"
As soon as Dr. Xu entered the office, he saw the sweet-scented osmanthus on his table. The petals were no longer bright and the broken parts were a little dry and cracked. They must have been picked a long time ago.
Dr. Xu put it in his small vase as usual and moved it carefully to the photo frame. He smiled unconsciously at the photo frame.
