An old woman who was separated from her husband, and a blood demon of unknown origin, the three of them embarked on a journey of disaster, traveling through the land of Chaoyun where evil spirits were rampant.
Lu Shichun was unaware that from the moment he took the first step, the gears of fate were turning quietly.

The blind old woman smashed the pottery pot, and three hundred star officials' eyeballs rolled onto the snow. She grabbed Lu Shichun's hand and pressed him against her collapsed chest:
