Yu An's drawing paper is soaked in blood and tears - the injuries in the name of love trapped him in the abyss of depression. He was like a frightened bird, curling up and escaping from the campus for countless mornings, but then suddenly appeared at dusk, painting distorted colors with his trembling hands. The malicious comments were like ghosts that followed him everywhere, and every word was tearing open his wounds that had not yet healed. Purpose: The story of the two male protagonists is epitomized by "gentleness redeems the broken heart, a depressed boy sheds a thousand tears". Its purpose is to show the fragility and struggle of the inner world of patients with depression, as well as the powerlessness faced by well-intentioned outsiders trying to save them. Through Jiang Xuchu's gentle redemption and eventual shattering, it is revealed that healing psychological trauma is not something that can be easily achieved simply by relying on the warmth of others, but is a difficult process full of repetitions and twists and turns.
