Lin Ye and Ji Linmu were roommates. Ji Linmu lost his parents when he was three years old, and then lost his grandmother who loved him when he was twelve years old. He was bullied by his aunt and then met Lin Ye. Lin Ye's parents died a year ago when he was 18. When Ji Linmu was 23 years old, he was hit by a car in front of Lin Ye when he was about to send flowers. Lin Ye then traveled to another time and space and met Ji Linmu again.
