Lin Nanju, a 6-year-old chatty little boy, just started kindergarten class when he noticed that his deskmate Xiaotang was always being snatched for stickers and pushed for chairs by Zhuangzhuang next door. She used her best story-telling skills to tell the class "Tiffany's Pocket of Stars" during the lunch break. In the story, the little rabbit who was robbed of a star did not cry, but used "exchange magic" (sharing a star in exchange for a hug) to make the overbearing little bear understand that "hands should be gentle." Zhuangzhuang's ears turned red when he listened to the story.
The next day, he took the initiative to hand out stickers to Xiaotang; but a new problem arose: Yuanyuan in the next class was laughed at because of his stuttering. Nanju compiled "Yuanyuan and the Echo Bird" again, using the story of the little bird to learn to speak to teach everyone to "listen slowly and speak slowly". After the mother (picture book editor) and father (elementary school teacher) discovered their daughter's "story therapy", they not only held a "family story conference" at home to help her polish the plot, but also worked with the teacher to fix the lunch break story time as a class activity.
Three months later, the small class that always had conflicts turned into a "story paradise". Nan Ju also understood in the process: "Being brave is not about shaking your fist, but using your brain to think of ways to make everyone happy."
