**"Recursion and Sonnets"**
——When the rigorous logic of code meets the rhythm of romantic poetry, what kind of love algorithm will be written by the collision of two academic masters?
Zhou Yi is recognized as a top student in the Department of Computer Science. He is rational and precise. His life is like the code he writes - it fits perfectly without any redundancy. Xu Mingzhe is a talented scholar from the liberal arts academy. He is famous for his beautiful sonnets and keen observation skills, and his writing is delicate and moving. The two were supposed to be parallel lines that would never intersect on campus, until at the opening ceremony, Xu Mingzhe's sketchbook was secretly filled with Zhou Yi's silhouette, and in Zhou Yi's computer, an encrypted folder silently recorded everything about Xu Mingzhe.
From the chance encounter in the library, to competing side by side in the ACM competition, to the collision of arts and sciences in the interdisciplinary competition, rationality and romance sparked sparks between them. Zhou Yi began to understand the deep feelings in poetry, and Xu Mingzhe was able to see the beauty in the code. However, when family pressure and social criticism come one after another, they have to make a difficult choice between ideal and reality.
**"Recursion must have a termination condition, otherwise it will be an infinite loop."**
**"And love may be the only algorithm we don't want to set up an exit."**
This is a story about growth, courage and self-identity. When two completely different souls meet, they must learn to find a third possibility for each other outside of the binary and black-and-white world.
Concept: "The most elegant algorithm is not the shortest code, but a fault-tolerant system that allows for redundancy; the most moving poem is not the neatest meter, but the freedom to dance on the edge of the rules."
