I have a question: Can reading books really change yourself?
So how do you determine whether reading is useful to you?
First, cognition changes thoughts and guides behavior.
The criterion for evaluation is simple: Have my thoughts and behaviors changed?
Before reading the book, I had my own questions:
1. What problem do I want to solve when I read this book?
2. At the same time, briefly record what the book I am reading is about, and what is my current view on this matter?
3. This book contains what problems I want to solve.
Then I'll read the book again.
After reading this book, briefly write about your experience of reading this book.
1. Compared with the previous questions, what views have changed after reading this book.
2. What are the behaviors corresponding to the opinions? What actions can be taken to implement it? What steps can be laid out: How to train the skills this book gives me?
3. After training a skill, how long will it take to evaluate it? (It is necessary to set up an evaluation mechanism, that is, how long it will take to evaluate whether this skill has been trained. It is best to write the evaluation time and evaluation plan more clearly.)
Intention: Will reading more make a difference?
