In the deep blue sea, there is a naughty little mermaid. Once out of fun, she jumped out of the sea and came to land, but encountered a storm and met a human girl who was frustrated in her studies. That shocking aspect made the little mermaid full of curiosity about this tailless "strange fish"-like human being. When she got home, she was excited to share, but was scolded by her parents and ordered to only move around in the sea near her home, which only made her curious.
Finally looking forward to her 20th birthday, her parents allowed her to go out, but strictly prohibited her from going near the land.
