Criminal investigation captain Ke Yan and technical expert Ji Bai are forced to partner up to investigate a serial murder case. The murderer uses ritualistic methods to recreate the unsolved case from twenty years ago. The violent intuitive and the calm data controller are incompatible, but during the pursuit of the murderer, they discovered that all the victims were related to an unjust case. When the evidence points to Ji Bai's secret past, the two must decipher the red code before trust is broken - even at the cost of uncovering each other's most painful scars.
Intention: The backside of justice is not sin, but another kind of obsession with justice.
