In the "Flower Market", a hidden village surrounded by mountains, a strange tradition of using female blood to worship bloody flower spirits has been passed down from generation to generation. The so-called "goddess coming to the world" legend is nothing but a lie controlled by parasitic flower seeds - each generation of heiress needs to water the magic flower with her blood in exchange for the deformed baby "conceived" by the flower's stamens, maintaining the false "god-given power" of the village. When the fire of the last "Devil Boy Birth Festival" was lit, Chen Shuangjin and Zhang Wujiu used their bodies as blades to pierce the intricate roots of the flower spirit - the so-called oracle is just a cocoon woven by ignorance; and the real salvation can only lie in the palm of the hand that dares to break the rules.
