The story mainly follows Pei Yuchu's perspective. It tells the story of Pei Yuchu who wandered away from home when he was a child and became an oiran in order to find out the truth about his mother's tragic death. He was then retrieved by the Pei family and became the youngest master through his own efforts. The love, hatred and sadomasochism unfolded between him and his apprentice.
