The plot is roughly that everyone in "The Master" lives in Chinatown in New York/Gotham/Metropolis/Bloodhaven/London, and then transforms into an account card through the Kamen Rider method to protect the peace of Chinatown. Later, when the identities are exposed, they work together with the superheroes to protect world peace and universe peace.
