Qingdao Huiyou Football Club Charter 1. Team purpose and operation 1. Team purpose: Qingdao Huiyou Football Club was established on August 7, 2016, by a group of golfers who love playing football. The founding purpose of the team is to use football as a link to meet like-minded friends and enjoy happy football. The meaning of the name Huiyou is: the mountains accumulate and the soil gathers the wise men, and the sea embraces all rivers and friends will last forever! Team slogan: Make friends with the ball, happy football! 2. Team operation: Regular double matches: intra-team training matches every Thursday night; friendly matches during the day on Sundays. League: Regularly participate in the Chengyang District Amateur League. Team double meetings: The first Sunday in August every year is the anniversary; the team annual meeting is held at the end of each year. 2. Organizational structure and functions of the team 1. Team fee collection: (1) The team fee is collected twice every year in March and September, with a fee of 200 yuan each time. The rest of the time will be charged based on the remaining team fee. (2) Sponsors and sponsoring players are exempt from team fees for the current season. (3) New teammates do not need to pay fees during the one-month inspection period. New teammates are exempt from paying team fees within 2 months of paying team fees when the team collects team fees. (4) The team's goalkeeper fee is halved. 2. Use of team fees: (1) For competitions that are registered and announced through the group, the expenses incurred will be borne by the team fee. (2) There are two fixed dinner gatherings every year: the anniversary celebration in August and the year-end awards ceremony in December. Note: (The fee is fixed at 2,500 yuan each time, and the excess will be averaged among the participants. Effective from December 2022) (3) Midweek night club fees. (4) Miscellaneous expenses, including but not limited to: buying water, buying football and other daily expenses. 4. Team discipline 1. During the game, obey the management of the team leader and captain, and solve any problems off the field. 2. Fighting and insulting opponents and teammates are strictly prohibited. 3. Actively sign up for the competition: latecomers/pigeons/airborne/leavers early must take leave and contribute 5 yuan. This amount will be recorded separately and used to purchase gifts for the best players of the month. Details will be announced on a monthly basis. 4. The deadline for airborne ruling is 21:00 the night before the game. 5. If you leave early due to something else, you will be exempted from the 5 yuan contribution by asking for leave. 6. You can ask for leave directly from the team leader/captain, or you can ask in the group. 7. Choose punishment methods according to different situations: kick out of the group for a week/notify criticism/dissuade/expel/blacklist, etc. 8. During the game, obey the referee, respect teammates and opponents, do not blame each other when losing, do not make dangerous moves, do not deliberately hurt opponents, fight actively on the field, and do not be arrogant in victory or discouraged in defeat. 5. Basic arrangements for competition training 1. Team training: Group training within the team will be organized at a fixed time every Thursday night from 19:00 to 21:00. If there are insufficient registrations, friendly matches will be organized depending on the situation; the team leader will confirm the venue in advance, and the captain will organize registration and arrange the groups. 2. Weekend Friendly Matches: Friendly matches outside the team are regularly organized on weekends, mainly to train the team. The team leader prepares opponents and confirms the venue in advance, and the captain organizes registration and arranges grouping. 3. League: The team actively participates in various leagues organized by the Chengyang District Amateur Football Association to strive for a good ranking and improve the team's influence and cohesion. 6. Team motivation 1. Vote for "Best Performance" after each game and provide timely feedback on the performance on the field. 2. The best performance in a single game can participate in the monthly nomination selection. 3. The best player of the month will be awarded a trophy or gift, and an exclusive personal style display for the best player of the month will be created on Douyin (Huiyou Football Club). 4.
