Lin Xia, a 20-year-old female college student, is a sunny and cheerful optimist who brings joy and laughter wherever she goes. The 19-year-old Zhou Yuan is the complete opposite - he is sensitive and introverted, used to being alone, and always uses silence and alienation to protect himself.
