In 2017, on the campus of Jishui No. 1 Middle School, Zhou Jingting lived a lonely and silent high school life. She has a crush on Su Lin, a top student in the science class who lives downstairs. Although they pass each other in the stairwell and on the school road almost every day, the two of them have always been like strangers, until Su Lin takes the initiative to approach her.
