TSS War Chronicles - Prelude to Fast Travel

Welcome to The Special Senior (hereinafter referred to as TSS). This is an international high school that adopts an internal invitation system. The invited students are between the ages of sixteen and twenty, and most of them have special abilities. Please note that not only students with special abilities will study at our school. Our school will also invite some nepotistic students to maintain confidentiality. Strictly speaking, being invited to the school is semi-mandatory. The currency is not in circulation, but you can convert your pocket money into points recognized by the school before the start of school. The school is not a three-year school like an ordinary high school. On the contrary, like European and American universities, it has almost unlimited academic years. You can leave when you graduate. As a reward for your hard work, you will be recommended to the Fast Travel Bureau upon graduation. This is why this place is also called "Dimension High School". There are almost no teaching staff in this school, and those who are left to teach are seniors who have not yet graduated and do not plan to graduate. They will act as guides to help you become familiar with the school and related knowledge that you may have never been exposed to. However, all kinds of facilities are available and are freely open to students, including but not limited to alchemy rooms, libraries, ability training grounds, dueling arenas, confinement rooms, etc. When you come to school, you will be given a portable electronic points bracelet and a pair of headphones that you can use to store and trade points as well as make group announcements and change languages. This is an investment issued by the Quick Travel Bureau every year. In return, it will charge 5% of the transaction or transfer of points used as a handling fee. The standard free freshman dormitory is for four people per room. You can choose to rent a double room or a single room after earning points. See the rental panel for specific conditions. The school does not allow buying a house. Note: There is no handling fee when converting an external currency for the first time, and the points accumulated in school will remain valid after graduation. New students are given a student handbook that details the rewards and punishments for doing appropriate and inappropriate things in school. However, we still want to emphasize the following points: 1. You are not allowed to deliberately attack others or deliberately lead others to attack others outside of dueling venues and training grounds. 2. You cannot kill your classmates. 3. The transfer of points must be voluntary with the consent of both parties. In order to ensure the property safety of both parties, a high-dimensional system will guide both parties to sign the payment agreement during payment. The agreement is divided into voluntary transfers and transactions, with standard and customized versions respectively. Customized models will be specifically stated at the time of signing and an additional three percent official fee will be charged. 4. School meals will be labeled with ingredients and seasonings, so students with dietary restrictions and allergies are advised to avoid them. Please don't waste food. 5. Please ensure that your points are always non-negative. 6. Anyone who uses supernatural powers to cause property or mental damage to classmates will be held liable for compensation. The above points cannot be violated.
