At the intersection of the Yangtze River tributaries and the Yuanjiang River, there is Chenjia Village shrouded in a century-old fog. The villagers here are taboo on eating fish, but blood-soaked corpse flags are hung in every house; the black order flags of Southern Fujian meat rice dumplings are placed on the altar table in the ancestral hall, but the bronze masks of Xiangxi Wu Nuo are hidden in the shrines.
