Huo Ji was a doctor who cured Yu Shizhi's mother. Unfortunately, her mother died in the year when Yu Shizhi was admitted to college.
When Yu Shizhi met Huo Ji again, he was forced to retreat into a corner by a medical patient. A machete was struck on half of Yu Shizhi's face, leaving a long scar. She persuaded her uncle to go back, saying that her aunt had passed away and that no one could help.
