Queen Li of Xiaoding, later known as Xiaofeng, Han nationality, from Shuntianfu, Northern Zhili, concubine of Ruizong Jianan, biological mother of Shizong Jingming. She entered Prince Yu's Mansion as a palace maid and gave birth to Prince Yu's third son Wang Jingming, Wang Jianan.
Jingming ascended the throne as Emperor Shizong, and his mother, Li, was given the title of Empress Dowager Cisheng. In March of the sixth year, she was given the title of Empress Dowager Cisheng Xuanwen. In the tenth year, she was given the title of Empress Dowager Cisheng, Xuanming, and Mingsu. In the 29th year, she was given the title Cisheng Xuanming, Suzhenshouduanxian and the Empress Dowager. In the 34th year, she was given the title of Cisheng, Xuanming, Wenming, Suzhen and Shouduanxian, the Empress Dowager Gongxi.
She died in the 42nd year of the Ming Dynasty at the age of sixty-nine. Her posthumous title was Xiao Ding Zhen Chun Qin Ren Duan Su Bi Tian Zuo and the Holy Queen. They were buried together in Zhaoling and separately in Chongxian Hall.
