Saihanba, known as the "beautiful high mountain", is located in Weichang Manchu and Mongolian Autonomous County in the northernmost part of Hebei Province, adjacent to the southern edge of the Hunshandake Sandy Land in Inner Mongolia. This place was once desolate, with forest vegetation severely damaged, barren hills on the plateau exposed, birds without trees, and yellow sand covering the sky.
