"Savior Chimaki" is an urban sweet sadism novel that combines unlimited flow, strange rules and workplace horror. The game's original animator Chimaki fell into depression due to long-term high-pressure work, but was involved in a different world game called "Layer Matrix" in an elevator accident. Here, reality and illusion are intertwined - every time a design draft is completed, one person in the real world is "optimized"; every time a bloody paper-cut is torn up, a colleague will fall to his death from a high-rise building. The time flow rate is 1 minute = 1 day. The end of the countdown is the carbonized body and the digitalized soul.
Psychological counselor Qingyu, whose sister's iris data is hidden in the mechanical heart, is forced to enter the game for the fifth time. She is as cold as an AI, but she is full of contradictions because Qian Mu accidentally saved her sister's past. The two struggled to survive in copies such as the Cyber Funeral Hall and the Human Skin Wedding Dress. They used CMYK color values to crack the rules of death and used lies to irrigate the crop circles. However, they gradually discovered that all the copies were actually derived from Qian Mu's design draft that was killed. When the "layer synchronization rate" breaks through the critical value, the boundary between reality and the game collapses. Chimaki has to use what he has learned throughout his life to fight against the monster he created - is it the savior or the final BOSS supported by the system?
