It tells the story of six descendants of Hong Kong dancer sisters, who use dance to pursue themselves and face the pain of growing up in a city where prosperity and shadows intersect.
From wealthy families to subdivided houses, from the stage to the streets, six young people from different backgrounds reunited due to the friendship of their mothers' generation and formed allies in dance.
They use their bodies to tell the glory and scars of Hong Kong. In the inherited dancing shadows, they resist fate, protect the glimmer of light, and find their own rhythm of life.
Purpose: Through the intertwined fate of two generations of dancers, we will explore artistic inheritance, class differences and youth growth, show how dance as a spiritual bond can give people dignity and courage in the cracks of reality, and present a humanistic picture of Hong Kong full of life resilience.
