The novel explores the "children's hospice ward".
The protagonist of the story is a family of three. The child is a 16-year-old boy who loves basketball. However, he was diagnosed with a malignant tumor before the high school entrance examination. From then on, the life of the family was completely overturned. For the teenager, his basketball dream, longing for high school life, ignorant love and friendship have all undergone tremendous tests.
After treatment, he was discharged from the hospital. But as fate would have it, the cancer cells metastasized...
The story ends with the desperate father accidentally volunteering in a children's hospice ward. He took care of many helpless children here, finally understood the meaning of hospice ward and palliative care, and gained self-salvation.
Purpose: To explore the significance of children's hospice care
