The inspiration came from a retweet, which basically said: You are a villager in Stardew Valley. When you were walking, you saw the new farmer who had been fishing for 10 hours and suddenly stopped to eat a few pieces of raw seaweed. The farmer discovers you and gives you a raw egg. Nothing else happens, but you grow fond of her.
It's so cool, it's genius! I have always felt that the NPCs in Stardew Valley have too much of a human-computer feel. Compared to Hades, who does not have repeated dialogues every time he dies and comes back, the text of Stardew Valley Residents is a bit thin.
The person I married was Sam, and I felt like he had turned into a ghost on the farm after marriage. I still didn't have a home, and the most I could give him was a cactus I picked up from the mine. He would just stay at home or in front of the door, occasionally skateboarding or going home. I don't know what players look like from their perspective, so I came up with this idea.
