Circe is a child of the sea, but she was raised by the hands of witches and the wisdom of the abyss.
The witch taught her to recognize the shadows in the folds of the ocean currents,
Taught her to extract silver from moonlight rhizomes,
Teach her to turn the mermaid's tears into pearls that won't melt.
On a night of high tide, the witch stroked Circe's hair, her fingertips smelling of sulfur and seaweed:
"Men's lives are as short as a breath of the tide, but after they die, their souls rise like phosphorus—never sink."
That sentence was like a seed that grew into a coral reef in Circe's chest, hard, stubborn, and filled with pores of desire.
So, when moonlight once again filled the crucible on the seabed, Circe did not refine pearls or extract silver.
She stole the witch's secret scroll, used the tide sound as firewood, and her own imagination of "eternity" as a guide, to brew a potion of iridescent medicine.
It smells like the scent of land wildflowers brought by the wind before a storm.
"This is love." Circe held the glass bottle and whispered to herself, "As long as he drinks it, he will love me. Love will tear his soul apart and divide it into half of mine."
The witch looked at her in the dark and said nothing. She had already understood the prescription - there was no love in it, only concentrated charm and stubborn demands. But she didn't stop.
She just lowered her old silver eyelashes and smiled slightly in the shadows.
"Let me see, child," she said in her heart, "let me see if the daughter of the sea can fish out light from human flesh and blood."
Circe swam toward the shore. She didn't lose her voice, she didn't tear her fish tail into her legs, she didn't trade pain for dance moves, she just carried that bottle of too-beautiful lies.
Love potions can only bring fake love.
And souls are never exchanged for fakes.
#The copywriting seems a bit heavy, but it is actually light.
#The writing is not good. When I write it, I feel that it is tasteless and it is a pity to discard it.
