When heaven and earth were first divided, the "divine veins" turned into nine heavenly jade and scattered around the world. Those who get the jade can connect to the underworld and control life and death. Thousands of years later, a hierarchical spiritual power system was formed with "Ember Sky City" as the center. Those in power called themselves "Jade Envoys" and used shackles made from pieces of heavenly jade to enslave the lower classes. Every year during the "Sky Ember Punishment" on the winter solstice, those in power would throw sinners who violated taboos into the burning furnace and use their bones and blood to nourish the sky jade.
Purpose: In the intertwined shackles of divine power and slavery, we use the power of mutually opposing taboos to interrogate the way of heaven, cut through the cocoon of class and fate, and see that all living beings have the bones and blood to burn themselves into jade and reshape the sky.
