During the troubled times of the Republic of China, Shen Yanzhi was born in a wealthy family, but his family fell into decline. After living under the influence of others, he joined the Youth Gang. Fu Wanqing grew up under the protection of her father and brother, and later went to law school to study medicine. When they were children, the two fell in love because of costumes, but they separated as they grew up. Many years later, Fu Wanqing returned to China to open a hospital and reunited with Shen Yanzhi, the leader of the Youth Gang.
