The crime-solving team led by Gu Zhengnan broke through many difficulties and moved towards the light through a series of events.
Gu Zhengnan's mother was killed on a rainy night a few years ago, and the murderer has always been at large.
As time goes by, Gu Zhengnan meets An Ran, whom he likes, and Wu Chao, whom he once encouraged.
An Ran and Wu Chao also had this unknown past. In the days that followed, there were losses and gains, and some wonderful changes took place in the crime-solving team.
So has the Rainy Night Murderer been caught and brought to justice...
