Two female ghosts
[Theatre actor x sports star]
[Contains prison plot, micro stream of consciousness]
…
For Delphine, the blood shed for Eliza when she was young was finally replaced by the tears she gave to herself when she grew up.
…
Because of the move, seven-year-old Elisa met Delphine, a strange and inexplicable neighbor's child. Her room was never light-tight, and her singing voice, so high that it sounded like a scream, often came from inside.
As neighbors, they had little opportunity to talk, let alone express feelings.
As classmates in school, the two of them almost never say hello to each other when they meet. I don't know why, but even so, some people always think that their relationship is particularly good...
So the interactions were loose and the meetings were as dense as ghosts and gods - they actually grew up together in such a strange way.
In this small town, where the crowds swelled like a beehive in summer, Eliza had hoped that her athletic career would bring back more glory than the sun that repeatedly burned her over the years.
However, along with fame came frequent spring illnesses, stress fractures, countless surgeries and injuries, and so much commercial slander that she couldn't tell the difference between true and false.
When she was frustrated, she locked herself in a light-tight room like Delphine in her childhood. One day when she woke up drunk, she found that the surrounding environment had changed drastically, and there was an iron chain around her ankle.
"Do you want to eat?"
Delphine appeared in front of her, with an expression that was still as pale as a corpse after so many years, but she showed a strange intimacy so naturally.
"Why am I here!"
In response to her excited inquiry, the woman in front of her just smiled.
"My dear, it was you who first asked me to imprison you."
…
In the summer of her seventh year, the empty house opposite her home welcomed its new tenant. Delphine hid by the window of the room every day to peek at their yard, the mistress, and the child who seemed to be the same age as herself.
Is it called Eliza?
So watching her smile at the dog in the yard, watching her being held by her mother's hand as she delivered flowers to the neighbors, watching her finally step onto the porch of her own home... For some reason, she falsely smelled the fragrance of flowers and actually started to feel very appetizing.
I really want to eat her.
The girl thought in confusion and worried for months, until one fateful day, a drop of tear fell on the back of her hand, just like when she was a child peeking into Eliza's home, she saw the wax of a candle falling on the window sill through the warm light of mother and daughter chatting.
Delphine was finally able to say:
"Please stay with me forever."
Purpose: Don't overeat
